The Venice International Film Festival. Quicksilverfunsugar spilt Fab Hollywood Actor/Producer George CLOONEY received a nice “addition” to his film promoty for flick, Up InThe Air. But what Brad PITT did: “When are you and Angelina Jolie going to marry?” was the question asked for the gazillionth time to man B and the answer that is now urban legend
The Backstory. Brad is a supporter of gay rights, and shared his feelings on Angie, life, relationships and gay marriage in the August 7th, 2009 issue of PARADE - and the context was just right for getting a rib in a-la George, future tense. Brad offered the quip about “boyfriends” later, goal being ‘deflection,’ from paps and wed-status hades in promoty for high grossing flick, Inglourious Bastards. B replied to People ,
“When everyone who wants to get married can legally do so, we will consider the same… Who would I rather have babysit my children? I’m going to go with George Clooney because he doesn’t stand a chance against my kids. And While “The VAMPIRE Diaries” has premiered, we are awaiting the history of the small town where ‘everyone has a secret past.’ And September 14th – it’s “GOSSIP GIRL,” Season 3′s Premiere, “Reversal of Fortune.” Can anything stop the on-again, off-again love-in-the-afternoon romance that’s Blair and Chuck? Did you see MADONNA’s Tribute to the Great MICHAEL JACKSON. And she’s right: Long Live the KING. But Girl, did you see Taylor SWIFT? Miss T totally won The Moon Man for FEMALE artist, and Kanye WEST, comes up on stage, and says, “BEYONCE” had the best video and everyone knew it. The Low Class: KW took the microphone from Taylor when he made the announcement, then gave the mic back to her and the entire audience split between “boos,” and Taylor chants! * Taylor got another chance to give her acceptance. When Beyonce accepted the Best Video Award for “Single Ladies,” she invited Taylor back on stage.
* “Wow, this is amazing,” Beyonce said. “I remember being 17-years-old and up for my first MTV award with Destiny’s Child. It was one of the most exciting moments in my life. So, I’d like for Taylor to come out and have her moment.”
* Taylor joined Beyonce on stage, gave her speech, and special thanks.
